Join us on August 24 for these special events:
- Learn about eggs & chickens. Terry Golson, author of The
Farmstead Egg Cookbook, will share her expertise about eggs

Belmont Center’s Charlesbank Bookstore for sale and signing.
- Italian bread salad. Chefs from Stone Hearth Pizza will be
serving samples of panzanella, a traditional Italian bread salad.
See the recipe in our August newsletter.
Whereas it is befitting of the citizens of Massachusetts to recognize the continuous contribution of Farmers' Markets to local commerce…Now I, Mitt Romney do proclaim the week of August 20th through 26th, 2006 to be Farmers' Market Week and urge the citizens of the commonwealth to participate fittingly in its observance.
