Sesame Asparagus Salad |

Ingredients
2 lbs. fresh asparagus cut into 1½ inch pieces
4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tsp sesame seed oil
2 Tbl roasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Cover in salted boiling water. Cook until tender. Rinse immediately in cold
water to stop cooking process. Pat dry.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame seed oil, roasted sesame seeds and pour over asparagus.
- Chill 30 minutes and serve.
