Sesame Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
2 lbs. fresh asparagus cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

Directions
  1. Cover in salted boiling water. Cook until tender. Rinse immediately in cold
    water to stop cooking process. Pat dry.
  2. Mix 4 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp. sesame seed oil, 2 tbsp.
    roasted sesame seeds and pour over asparagus.
  3. Chill 30 minutes and serve.
