Sesame Asparagus Salad

Ingredients

2 lbs. fresh asparagus cut into 1½ inch pieces
4 tsp  soy sauce
1 tsp  honey
2 tsp  sesame seed oil
2 Tbl  roasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Cover in salted boiling water. Cook until tender. Rinse immediately in cold water to stop cooking process. Pat dry.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame seed oil, roasted sesame seeds and pour over asparagus.
  3. Chill 30 minutes and serve.
