A way to enhance basic, store-bought barbecue sauce. Kate suggests serving this delicious sauce with chicken or tofu.
According to The British Guide to German Beer, Hefeweizen is a top-fermented, unfiltered, bottle-conditioned wheat beer with noticeable yeast sediment and a cloudy appearance. “Hefe” means yeast and “weizen” means wheat. Usually quite sweet and fruity, with a full body, Hefeweizen beer is produced by the types of yeast used in Bavaria.
