Ingredients
2 slices bread
1T honeycomb honey (or more)
1 sesame leaf (perilla), finely minced
2 thick slices mozzarella
   

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread and spread on the honey
  2. Gently mash the minced sesame leaf into the honey
  3. Place mozzarella on top.
